Frequently asked questions

Help with DooMuan TV on desktop and mobile browsers.

How do I register or sign in?

Choose Register or Sign in and select your phone country code. For Thailand (+66), you can enter 0812345678, 081-234-5678 or +66 81 234 5678. Check the message below each field if the form cannot continue.

What is the difference between an OTP and the image code?

An OTP is a code received by SMS when the form asks for one. The image code is the text displayed in the picture. Enter the new picture's text after refreshing it. Never share your OTP or password.

What if I forgot my password?

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the displayed steps. Check your connection and try again later if the request fails. Do not post passwords or identity verification details in chat.

How do I follow a streamer or set a match reminder?

Sign in, then choose Follow in the streamer's room or Set reminder on an upcoming match. Review your following and reminder lists in your account. A saved website reminder does not itself mean that phone notifications are enabled.

How do I share with a friend?

On the homepage or a live room, open Share in the page header. Choose Share to LINE or Copy link, then send the link to your friend. Supported browsers also offer the device's share menu. If automatic copying is unavailable, select and copy the displayed link manually.

Where do I download the app?

Use the site's app-download button to open the DooMuan download page and check the options for your device. Do not install apps from links posted in chat.

How do I add the site to my iPhone Home Screen?

Open the site in Safari, use Safari's Share button, then choose Add to Home Screen and Add. No configuration profile download or installation is needed.

How do I manage cookies?

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of the page to control analytics and advertising. Necessary storage for sign-in and site features remains available when optional cookies are declined.

What should I keep in mind in chat?

Respect other people. Do not publish another person's private information, harass others, send spam or promote gambling. Use images, sound and other content that you created or have permission to use.

How do I get started with OBS?

Read the OBS streamer guide to prepare your own camera, microphone and graphics, make a test recording, and start your broadcast.
